Agreed. Passive aggression gets on my nerves but I am learning that it is a result of a fundamental lack of strength of character.

I CAN be passive aggressive in RESPONSE to passive aggression, which makes me a fucktard too. Will watch that… and train it out of me.

These days I am more likely to laugh though … not all opinions matter and not all brains are created equal *wink*

You know I have been thinking about you alot Tanya. I think we were the same type of person all along… I just kept my freedom of thought and self-confidence on the downlow. But then again… we were pretty young!

I love your imagery! I did do that as an exercise and you know what? I felt it… I really did! It helped so much!

Thank you Anna! As a woman we have the clarity to be able to look at the other stuff that women do (or girls… maybe girls is the better term) with a certain disapproval.

I hate “little girls behaving badly”. They make strong, intelligent, self-aware, self-sufficient and resourceful GROWN WOMEN look bad….

Thanks for the poem, I really enjoy your wit and wisdom. I recently found myself standing in the shower and feeling totally weighed down with other peoples baggage (that I’ve allowed into my life).

What came next was a total unthought out, instinctual action to place my hands like a scoop all over my body to gather up the draining energy pools and throw them away from me as far as possible. Best damn shower I ever had!

Two lessons came of this experience (and I have a feeling I will need to repeat this lesson over a lifetime), One- I need to accept people just as they are and not try to “fix” people, especially when they don’t want “fixing”. Two- It’s always up to me to challenge my deepest beliefs and unconscious thinking patterns that was given to me by well intentioned people, which serves me no longer.

My deepest appreciation and thanks to you for sharing your wonderful talent!
